GRAILUX is a creative intelligence system for visual production. The platform provides Film AI, Script-to-Video, Hybrid, Creative Studio, and Intelligent Edit modes, each orchestrating multiple AI models to produce finished visual output.

Plain-English terms for using GRAILUX responsibly.

1. Using GRAILUX

Summary: You can use GRAILUX for legitimate creative work if you follow these terms.

By using GRAILUX, you agree to these terms for all account tiers, including free and paid plans. Some workflows are plan-gated and only available on specific subscriptions.

2. Your content

Summary: You keep ownership of your scripts, footage, uploads, and outputs.

You retain ownership of content you upload and generate. You grant us limited rights to process that content solely to deliver the service.

3. Credits and purchases

Summary: Credits are consumed by generation workflows and plan access controls which workflows you can run.

  • Credits are consumed when you run eligible generation workflows.
  • Credit costs vary by workflow type, mode, and output complexity.
  • Paid plans include recurring credit allocations by billing cycle.
  • Top-ups and pricing may change over time.

4. Acceptable use

Summary: Illegal, deceptive, abusive, or rights-violating use is prohibited.

Acceptable Use Policy — users must not abuse the credit system through automated or fraudulent means; generate content that violates applicable laws; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; or use the platform to produce deceptive or harmful content.

  • Do not generate illegal, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content.
  • Do not impersonate people or misuse likeness/voice without rights.
  • Do not violate IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Do not abuse APIs, bypass controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not manipulate credits, billing, or quotas through automation or fraud.

5. Account suspension / termination

Summary: Accounts can be limited or suspended for serious or repeated violations.

  • You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, data handling follows our privacy policy.

6. Platform changes and availability

Summary: We continuously update workflows, pricing, and features.

  • Features, models, and workflow behavior may evolve over time.
  • Availability and performance can vary by provider dependencies.
  • We may update these terms when platform scope changes.

7. Liability limitations

Summary: GRAILUX is provided as-is and you remain responsible for how you use generated outputs.

We work to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
