By using GRAILUX, you agree to these terms for all account tiers, including free and paid plans. Some workflows are plan-gated and only available on specific subscriptions.

Summary: You keep ownership of your scripts, footage, uploads, and outputs.

You retain ownership of content you upload and generate. You grant us limited rights to process that content solely to deliver the service.

Summary: Credits are consumed by generation workflows and plan access controls which workflows you can run.

• Credits are consumed when you run eligible generation workflows.
• Credit costs vary by workflow type, mode, and output complexity.
• Paid plans include recurring credit allocations by billing cycle.
• Top-ups and pricing may change over time.

Summary: Illegal, deceptive, abusive, or rights-violating use is prohibited.

• Do not generate illegal, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content.
• Do not impersonate people or misuse likeness/voice without rights.
• Do not violate IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Do not abuse APIs, bypass controls, or attempt unauthorized access.

Summary: Accounts can be limited or suspended for serious or repeated violations.

• You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, data handling follows our privacy policy.

Summary: We continuously update workflows, pricing, and features.

• Features, models, and workflow behavior may evolve over time.
• Availability and performance can vary by provider dependencies.
• We may update these terms when platform scope changes.

Summary: GRAILUX is provided as-is and you remain responsible for how you use generated outputs.

We work to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
